Known & Co exists because Gary Ng needed to solve this problem for his own practice first. Everything we offer clients has been built and tested at Syntony Bodywork before it is sold to anyone else.
Gary Ng — Founder
Gary Ng is a Sydney-based practitioner, systems builder, and founder. He runs Syntony Bodywork — a clinical practice specialising in nervous system regulation, deep fascial release, and structural alignment — alongside Known & Co.
Before Known & Co, Gary spent years in creative production and brand building. He co-founded and ran Red Ape, a storyboard and animatics studio, and developed Ozzy Jungle, an Australian children's IP. The thread across everything he has built: a belief that the people who are best at their work are rarely the most visible.
Known & Co was built to change that. Not by making practitioners louder. By making them clearer.
Gary is based in Sydney, and sees clients at 250 Pitt Street, Sydney CBD. He is trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

We work with a small number of clients at any one time. This is by design. Every client deserves a practitioner relationship — not an account manager.
